Due to the new European emission standards if the car was fitted with a Dpf to lower emissions removing it would be in volation of the Eu laws and its tested for in the new MOT. If the car never had one fitted then its fine. Much like if a car was never fitted or made before the seat belt law was passed the car doesnt need to have them. It doesn't support '15 trucks. Secondly if you don't care about the EGR since it's going to be turned off you can leave everything as is since a delete tune won't look for an EGR.
